Mission, vision and objectives
Mission. To be Southern Africa’s most efficient value-added distributor of computing hardware, pairing globally competitive pricing with genuine in-country service.
Vision. A regional platform moving 40,000+ units a year across South Africa and SADC by Year 5, trusted by resellers, corporates, schools and public buyers alike.
Strategic objectives: (i) reach cash break-even within Year 2; (ii) build a repeat B2B base that de-risks demand; (iii) hold blended gross margin at or above 17% through mix and services; (iv) open three SADC corridors by Year 3; and (v) deleverage the trade-finance facility as EBITDA scales.
