AetherGas Energy is raising ZAR 4.8 billion (R1.92bn equity, R0.48bn DFI subordinated and R2.40bn senior project debt) to build a vertically integrated onshore-gas, LNG-liquefaction and liquid-helium export platform with cryogenic logistics — a dual-commodity play on South Africa’s energy transition, scaling toward ZAR 4.6 billion of FY2031 revenue, ZAR 1.95 billion of FY2031 EBITDA and a 65.7% equity IRR at a 7.0x exit.
