The implementation plan outlines the critical path activities required to bring Cluck ‘n Go from concept to operational launch. The total pre-opening period is estimated at 8–9 months, structured in four distinct phases: setup and construction, people and marketing, launch, and growth and optimisation.

12.1 Implementation Gantt Chart

12.2 Phase Descriptions

Phase 1: Setup & Construction (Months 0–6)

This phase encompasses company registration and legal formation, premises identification, lease negotiation and execution, leasehold improvement design and construction, kitchen equipment procurement and installation, and technology and POS system deployment. Key milestones include CIPC registration completion by Month 1, lease execution by Month 2, construction completion by Month 6, and equipment commissioning by Month 6.

Phase 2: People & Marketing (Months 4–8)

Overlapping with Phase 1, this phase covers staff recruitment, training programme development and delivery, marketing pre-launch campaign execution, menu finalisation and recipe testing, supplier onboarding and trial deliveries, and community engagement events. Key milestones include full staff complement hired by Month 6, training completion by Month 8, and marketing launch campaign activation by Month 7.

Phase 3: Launch (Months 8–11)

The launch phase includes a soft opening period (2 weeks) with invited guests and influencers, the grand opening event with promotional offers and media coverage, delivery platform onboarding and go-live, and initial operational stabilisation and process refinement.

Phase 4: Growth & Optimisation (Month 12 onwards)

Following the launch, the focus shifts to performance monitoring and KPI tracking, loyalty programme launch and customer database development, menu optimisation based on sales data and customer feedback, second-branch feasibility assessment (commencing Month 18), and continuous improvement of operations, supply chain, and marketing effectiveness.
