5.1 Menu Overview
The Cluck ‘n Go menu has been designed to balance broad appeal with differentiation, offering a range of chicken-centred meals supported by complementary sides, beverages, and seasonal offerings. All recipes will be developed in conjunction with a professional food technologist to ensure consistency, flavour profile optimisation, and compliance with food safety standards.

5.2 Service Channels
Revenue will be generated across three primary channels. Dine-in service will account for approximately 55% of revenue, leveraging the 80-cover seating capacity in a clean, contemporary dining environment. Takeaway and delivery services will contribute approximately 35% of revenue, supported by in-house ordering systems, a dedicated mobile ordering platform, and integration with third-party delivery aggregators including Uber Eats and Mr D Food. Catering and events will contribute the remaining 10%, targeting corporate functions, school events, and community gatherings in the Nelspruit area.
5.3 Product Differentiation
Cluck ‘n Go will differentiate from established competitors through several strategic pillars. The proprietary spice blend (developed and trademarked) will create a unique and recognisable flavour identity. A commitment to fresh, never-frozen chicken sourced from accredited local poultry farms will underpin quality claims. Healthier menu options will cater to the growing health-conscious consumer segment. Speed-of-service standards targeting a maximum of 5 minutes for dine-in and 3 minutes for takeaway will be enforced through kitchen process engineering.
