To become Southern Africa’s most reliable mid-tier poultry processing
and food-security platform.

Mission

To deliver affordable, safe and high-quality poultry products through
an efficient, scalable and compliant abattoir-driven value chain —
connecting smallholder and contract farmers to formal retail, wholesale
and food-service markets.

Strategic objectives, FY2027–FY2031

  • Commission a modern HACCP-compliant abattoir at Brits and scale
throughput from 25,000 to 400,000 birds per week.
  • Build a contract-farming network from 40 to 1,200 farmers,
anchoring supply security and the developmental thesis.
  • Operate a dual revenue model, own-product sales plus
processing/abattoir-as-a-service fees, to lift blended margins above
    commodity levels.
  • Establish regional cold-chain logistics and distribution hubs
    across the Gauteng–North West–Limpopo–Mpumalanga corridor.
  • Reach EBITDA-positive run-rate by FY2028 and generate
self-funding free cash flow by FY2030.
  • Maintain rigorous biosecurity and food-safety systems to manage
the sector’s defining risk, highly pathogenic avian influenza
    (HPAI).
