The human capital plan – the hiring, capability build and organisational ramp underpinning Nexora.
Headcount scales from 85 FTE in FY2027 to 820 by FY2031, with the mix
deliberately weighted toward engineering and data science early (48% of
Year-1 headcount) and rebalancing toward customer operations as the base
grows. Employment-equity and B-BBEE objectives are embedded in hiring
plans, material both for SA licensing posture and for DFI investor
mandates. An ESOP of 10% is reserved at close, vesting over four years,
to compete for scarce fintech engineering talent against global remote
employers.
