9.1 Phase 1: Foundation (Months 1–6)

  • Company registration, legal setup, and regulatory licensing (C-BRTA permits, SARS registrations).

  • Fleet procurement (Phase 1): Acquisition and customisation of 25 heavy-duty trucks.

  • Musina headquarters and depot construction commenced.

  • IT systems procurement and deployment (ERP, TMS, GPS/telematics).

  • Staff recruitment: Executive team, initial operations staff, and first cohort of 30 drivers.

9.2 Phase 2: Pilot Operations (Months 7–9)

  • Pilot operations on three selected routes to validate operational processes, technology systems, and customs facilitation procedures.

  • Driver training and certification programmes completed.

  • Client acquisition commenced: First contract-based agreements signed.

9.3 Phase 3: Commercial Launch (Months 10–12)

  • Full commercial operations launched across all service lines (FTL, LTL, refrigerated).

  • Sales team fully deployed across Gauteng, Limpopo, and Mpumalanga.

  • Investor reporting commenced: Monthly management reports and quarterly board reporting.

9.4 Phase 4: Growth & Expansion (Months 13–24)

  • Fleet expansion (Phase 2): Procurement of additional 25 trucks, reaching 50-unit fleet.

  • Route expansion to additional SADC destinations (Zambia, DRC).

  • Dar es Salaam depot establishment and staffing.

  • ESG reporting and first carbon audit completed.

  • Year 1 performance review and Year 2 strategic planning.
