Target Market & Segmentation
The target market and the segmentation underpinning NexaWave’s rollout focus.
| Segment | Need | Product | Share of FY2031 revenue (target) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Residential consumers | Affordable, reliable broadband | NexaWave Home / Reach | 63% |
| SMEs | Reliable symmetrical fibre | NexaWave Business | 18% |
| ISPs | Wholesale infrastructure to resell | All lines (channel) | channel, not a segment |
| Enterprises | Dedicated high-capacity connectivity | NexaWave Business / Metro | included in Business/Metro |
| Municipalities | Smart infrastructure & connectivity | NexaWave SmartCity | 3% |
| Schools & universities | High-speed institutional internet | NexaWave Business / SmartCity | included above |
| Carriers & data centres | Backhaul & dark fibre | NexaWave Metro | 14% |
The ISP layer is the Company’s distribution channel rather than a
customer segment: NexaWave sells wholesale access to ISPs, who in turn
serve every end-segment above. This is the defining feature of the
open-access model — NexaWave’s revenue is a function of how many
homes it passes, how many connect, and the wholesale rental per
line, entirely independent of which ISP ultimately serves the
customer.
